Born and raised in Wisconsin, I live in Pewaukee with my husband and son. Our home is surrounded by nature and animals that I often find inspiration in.
I have a degree in graphic design and work as an art director at a marketing agency. In my free time I enjoy reconnecting with my inner artist and relearning the joy of simply creating. My childhood was spent drawing, carving, weaving, painting, crafting, exploring, dreaming and rearranging furniture any chance I could get. Today my passions still include drawing and painting, and some new found loves include pattern design, digital illustration and children's illustration. My medium of choice is watercolor, I enjoy how it often has surprising results and I love the translucency and textures it creates.
